The application deadline to your state Sea Grant program is Feburary 12th, 2016. Learn more about the fellowship and visit your state Sea Grant website for application specific details.

NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI), the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP), and the Climate Program Office have announced the completion of the public archive for monthly and seasonal forecasts. This dataset is a critical resource for advancing drought and water resources research, and for experimenting and developing new prediction systems to help the nation cope with seasonal conditions.
